 Plant & Seed Orders:
Shop On-line: Plants cannot be ordered on-line.
They can be purchased at the nursery. Please check our hours.
Seeds can be ordered from our on-line catalogue and will be shipped as outlined in Shipping. For now, we ship seeds only within Canada.
If you prefer not to pay on-line, you can still use the shopping cart, and instead of clicking "Check Out", click "Print Order". When your order is printed, fill in the rest of the form by hand. Or, if you prefer not to use the shopping cart and just want a blank order form, you can click on "0rder Form" and print a blank copy.
Fax or mail in your order form with a cheque, money order, or credit card information (see Payment & Pricing for more details). If you are mailing in an order with a cheque please see Availability & Back-Orders for details. Our mailing address is 248 Clifford Road, R.R.1, Warsaw, Ontario, K0L 3A0.

Availability & Back-Orders:
If we run out of a species of seed that you've ordered on-line, the item(s) will be put on back-order and we will mail it to you as soon as it becomes available. If it is out of stock for the season we will refund the amount of the item(s) to you through PayPal.
If you are mailing in a seed order with a cheque, we cannot mail refunds for unavailable seeds - you will instead be given a credit note, or substitute species. Please indicate your preference on the Order Form.
Some seeds that cannot be allowed to dry out are sent fresh as they ripen during the growing season. If they are ordered out of season, the item(s) will be marked as back-ordered and will be shipped as they are available. We will inform you when they have been shipped.
